Subject : Blue Screen With Bdselfpr.sys Com
Ever since installing BitDefender I'm having so much internet slowness, Not Responding programs, and blue screens. When a blue screen comes up it says bdselfpr.sys Driver_Unloading_without_cancelling pending_operations
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is prperly installed

I've had this new antivirus since Sept 21st after my other one, Trend Micro AV expired and wanted $30 for renewal. I decided to try out BitDefender instead since it had such rave reviews and was only $24.95. If I can't get this problem solved I may want to cancel my BitDefender subscription because I use my computer for my online business. I also emailed the support about this problem but just posting it here too in case anyone online has an immediate solution so I won't have to wait until Monday. Attached is my Minidump fle that I received after the blue screen came on. Sorry if this post is in the wrong place...I'm new to this forum. Thanks!
