I always select the Deep Scan option. I noticed something curious that is making me wonder. For a long time the number of files scanned ran way over 300,000, then for a long time around 280,000. This might be a dumb question but now I am clear down to around 80,000 and I'm wondering if I should be concerned. I've removed a few programs but I wouldn't think what I have removed would constitute that much of a difference in the number of files scanned.

If anyone has any input please share it with me.
